Richard, Leigh and Andrew are private landlords specialising in the student market. We established Unipads in order to combine our properties to provide a greater level of choice of top quality accommodation for students in Birmingham.

 

Andrew and Leigh attended University in Birmingham, and witnessed at first hand the poor quality of student accommodation on offer in the private sector. As a parent, Richard was dismayed by the standard of housing available. The combined perspectives of parent and student have enabled us to create a product which sets a benchmark in the Birmingham student market.

 

Most of our PADS have now undergone a complete renovation and remodelling programme. The result is a spectacular student residence which benefits from all the mod-cons today's student expects. For example, large open-plan communal spaces, dining areas, high-spec fully equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms, together with well designed study bedrooms all offer the perfect environment for a safe and comfortable experience with Unipads. 

 

Being active members of the National Landlords Association and accredited landlords by the Midland Landlords Accreditation Scheme (MLAS)  we are keeping up-to-date with current legislation and regulations, in particular those concerning health and safety issues.
